…in the beginning, there was trash
My friend Ellen and I didn’t like the trash, so we cleaned it up, and planted some flowers!
…and we asked for some help.
The community loved it, so they donated more flowers (and money too)!
Our families came to help plant the plants,
…and so did our friends.
In fact, the whole neighborhood came to help!
After a lot of hard work, the lot was looking MUCH nicer!
So nice in fact…
…that the property owner decided to build a coffee shop on it.
